Today she works with executives, creative leaders, and high-performance teams, blending mindset transformation with practical strategies that deliver measurable results. Jana has coached VPs, C-suite leaders, and Academy Award® and Emmy Award® winning crews, helping them build clarity, confidence, and resilience.
Before launching her coaching business, Jana spent years in executive recruiting and business leadership. She built two recruiting departments from the ground up at Sony Pictures Animation and DreamWorks Animation, serving as the first recruiter “on the ground” to design global hiring strategies and build award-winning animation teams. Her Fortune 100 background also spans entertainment, financial services, and legal fields.
Jana holds a Master’s in Management, Leadership & Organizational Development from Purdue University Global and dual BAs in Psychology and Business from Coe College. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, and is certified in Positive Intelligence, EQ-i 2.0, and EQ 360.
A Chicago native, Jana now lives in Indiana with her husband and sons, where they proudly cheer on the Purdue Boilermakers. She’s active in her community through programs like YWCA Strive and AAUW’s Start Smart initiative, and she has been recognized with honors such as the YWCA/United Way Community Impact Award and Dress for Success’s Your Hour, Her Power award.
