Jana has over 30 years of business and executive recruiting experience with Fortune 100 companies. She has built two successful recruiting departments from the ground up at Sony Pictures Animation and DreamWorks Animation. As the first recruiter with "boots" on the ground, Day worked with executive leadership to build global recruiting departments and award-winning animation crews. Jana has worked in the entertainment, financial services, and legal fields.
A native of Chicago, Day is a graduate of Coe College and holds degrees in psychology and business administration. She loves to travel with her husband and sons. They call Indiana home where they proudly cheer on the Purdue University Boilermakers. Jana is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
