Jana believes teams are the secret sauce that makes any organization sizzle. When teams sync up perfectly, magic happens, and organizations soar to new heights. But let's face it, creating that harmony can sometimes be as complex as mastering a symphony.
Understanding that each team is a different jigsaw puzzle, Jana offers a variety of workshops designed to fit your team's unique composition and goals.
Jana is a seasoned facilitator and speaker. She offers a variety of workshops and she is open to speaking at your event.
Teams can get tangled up in a web of disagreements, friction, and stress, only to realize they've barely scratched the surface of what they're capable of. That's because every team member, without even realizing it, is playing the role of both the superhero and the villain in their own team story, impacting their own performance and the team's overall vibe.
We'll dig deep into those root-level mental muscles, the hidden game-changers that affect both performance and well-being.
